Reseller hosting allows you to resell hosting to your customers on our platform. You can charge whatever you like for the hosting account you provide to your customers and take care of billing and supporting your customers. We simply provide the tools and platform for where your customers are actually hosted.

When you sign up for reseller hosting at PeoplesHost you get access to the WHM (Web Host Manager) which is a front-end GUI  based control panel where you can manage all aspects of the server from restarting services to creating, upgrading and terminating accounts.

Absolutely! You can brand the control panel to your company and we can help you set up custom nameservers branded to your company for your customers to use when pointing their domains DNS to your services.

At any time you can upgrade to the next available package, or order upgrade options a-la-cart such as more RAM, CPU, and disk space for your account. This can be done with no migration and no interruption to your customers.

As of June 2019, cPanel Inc. announced new pricing and licensing structure changes. Servers were traditionally licensed with one fee based on the type of server you were running (Dedicated, VPS, etc.) regardless of the number of accounts you created. Moving forward, customers must pay for the number of cPanel accounts that they create. We have the following pricing structure in place for VPS, Reseller, and Dedicated Customers.

· cPanel Solo License allows for a single cPanel account to be created ($15/month).
· cPanel Admin License allows for five cPanel accounts to be created ($20/month).
· cPanel Pro License allows thirty cPanel accounts to be created ($30/month).
· cPanel Premier License allows for one-hundred cPanel accounts to be created ($45/month).

These cPanel license fees were previously rolled into the plan’s cost; however, with the large increase, they are now additional fees on top of the current plan.

Being with Arvixe before the EIG acquisition I was content dealing with their ok service and cheap price. But after, their service went from good to 0 real fast...The Leaf mail server went down for over a month! Try dealing with robots who apologize, telling you they're trying their best to resolve the issue on a weekly basis...So I switched to Peopleshost. Their service is Top Notch! They were able to migrate my websites on the same day. They replied to my emails within the day and helped get my email backups from Arvixe once the mail server went back up (after a month). You won't be dealing with robots who make you wait forever for the live chat...You won't be disappointed.

Following several days downtime with our old host, iPage, I took to social media to try and get an answer. When I did get a reply they may have well said go away we have your money we don’t care!

Brian from PeoplesHost then sent me a message offering to help. Following a conversation including the best package for us, we then decided to switch hosts. Brian then explained exactly what he needed and how things would go from that point. Within a matter of hours, he was sending me all the info we needed and advised we should soon be back online. Within hours the website and email was back up and running and the best bit, we had to do nothing apart from supply info.

My previous hosting provider was plagued with downtime and horrible support. I was passed from rep to rep with the same canned responses. PeoplesHost doesn't put up a facade. They're honest, upfront, communicate, and handle everything very professionally. My migration wasn't the easiest, but they updated me throughout the whole process.

My previous host had downtime issues at least once or twice a week and also decided to discontinue support through tickets, which was the most convenient for me since I have other things to focus on. People's Host is amazing! I recently switched from **** ***** to **** ****, only to find out they were both owned by the same crappy company. Every time I needed assistance with my website, I waited on hold with the online chat feature, for over 10 minutes, and then finally I was able to talk to a rep. Sadly the rep had 5 other chats going so I'd get a reply every 5 minutes. I then found "Peoples Host" and decided to switch because I was responded to right away. Everyone at Peoples Host provided me with exceptional services. They were courteous and very polite and helped me transfer my site over. they found me the best hosting plan for my website as well. Just all around great company. I don't think I'll go anywhere else after being spoiled with speed from these guys.
